"Our neighbors are all friendly. Everyone watches out for one another especially if someone is say out of town. I personally have given keys to some of my neighbors as though they were family. Schools are amazing. Smaller classes and well organized teachers. We will hate it if we ever need to move."

"Peculiar is a quiet, bedroom community. From nearly any subdivision, you can reach the main freeway in less than 5 minutes because we have very little traffic. We are no more than 6 miles from major amenities. "
