"I live on the lower west side. it is diverse with a majority working class. we have a tiny neighborhood market and a large market a mile away. the beach is a mile walk away. perfect life."

"This is a really good location as you can either pop over Carillo Hill to the Mesa, go down the street to City College and the Beach Area, or go to downtown Santa Barbara. You could live car free here with a bicycle or electric bike. "
