There are new double-paned windows throughout all the rooms for ease of use and which provide ample light and insulation from noise and temperature control. The shutters in the bedroom and living room can be fully opened or closed, and the bottom and upper halves of the shutters are adjustable.

There is ample space for extra storage in an additional enclosed indoor storage room, which measures approximately 50 feet, also for your exclusive use only, below the unit on the ground level.

 Parking is available in the driveway, which is off of the street and is directly adjacent to the entry stairs.

 The washer and dryer, with exclusive days for your use only, are available in the shared laundry room, which is located below on the ground floor.

 Other tenants are quiet and considerate adults.

If needed, some furnishings are available including a new full-size bed, a large white dresser and matching night stand, and a leather love seat.

 Move in costs are one month of rent, plus a security deposit in an amount equal to one month of rent. Minimum one year lease.
