About this House

My favorite things about this home are the location and functionality. In the heart of town moments from the police station, fire station, school, and 2 public parks, and a paved running trail nearby this home is ideal! Beautifully landscaped front yard features a Large maple tree that give fantastic shade and stunning colors in fall. Our little aspen grove is one of the things we will miss most. The main level features a great room with a vaulted ceiling and woodstove, a formal sitting room (can be used as an additional living room or formal dining), large Kitchen with breakfast bar that extends to a dining room, an office, Mud/laundry room that connects to the 2 car garage and bonus pantry/shop space (not pictured). Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom to the right, and a double bedroom . with double closets to the left. The Master suite is oversized and opens to newly remodeled bathroom. Tile flooring, and shower were installed March of 2017! The back yard is large and fully fenced. Large apple tree produces abundant apples. We have enjoyed growing a full garden outside for the past 7 years in the 35x14ft garden plot. We have also run water down to the raised garden beds below where we grow jalepenos and peppers. The double gate in the back yard allows you to park and store your boats, RVs, and other toys. Additional garden/storage shed matches the house and is perfect for small storage. Overall this home has lots of space that can be used in a number of ways and fit many different needs. The space is surprising and extremely functional for day to day living.
