About this House

Welcome to Sylvette condominiums a Waterfront community in the heart of St Pete Beach. The complex Aerial tour is attached. Unit 72 does not have the water-view though it's only a few seconds walk away, it does enjoy a spectacular North/South Vista great for all-day light. It is immaculate, with an open layout with lots of privacy. Lots of storage in hall closets one with a New instant HW system and AC system. The Kitchen and the Bedroom both have New Windows facing North on its enormous tropical courtyard park with lush lawns that you dont have to mow! The classic front door also faces north, keeps all inside secure and breezes can circulate while your guests sleep on the southern 105sq ft separate patio with calming sounds of the smaller courtyard's Water fountain. Manual shutters roll down keeping the patio clean and secure when you are gone. Parking space number 199 is convenient like the Bicycle room and Laundry and storage locker which is above the bike room. FYI you will need to register your Bicycle in the office to get a key.

Lots of patio decking, meet at its waterfront BBQs and Picnic at its waterfront table. In the evening look out and be inspired to enjoy its huge-heated Swimming pool, the larger of the 2 pools, light up and glow with soothing colors. This northern park also has 2 Shuffleboard courts, a great way to enjoy and get to know your neighbors summer evenings as the sunset skies explode with color.

Its onsite office is convenient with a meeting room and manager where they lease out boat slips on a "first come first serve" basis. The Sylvette shares many Acres of outdoor living areas, patios, 2 pools, 3 BBQ areas and a large dock for fishing and picnic areas, all this in the heart of St Pete Beach's Hotel district.
Yes, walk to everything! Just cross Gulf blvd safely at Dunkin Donuts light, walking straight through the Many Beach hotels to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico water. Walk to dine at the best restaurants and the many beachfront bars

"Yes walk my dog through the neighborhood all the time, lots of tourists to say hello to him. Not a lot of grass around and some condo areas, the not so friendly native neighbor, is very nasty even if you clean up after your pup. "
  • Fcirksena
"Nice clean town with lots of service industry good for workers and visiting clientele as this is a resort town"
  • Svetlanatikhonova

"My neighborhood has everything to make life enjoyable. We can launch a boat or kayak right across the street, walk to the beach and numerous popular restaurants (Sea Dog, Caddy's, Shrimpy's), walk to church, dog park across the street and biking to your favorite beach spot. People buy into our complex and stay for many years. 😃🌴🥂🏖️🎶🎾🐕👣"
  • Celeste C.
"Most neighborhoods are very safe because the age of most people in our neighborhood are retired. I feel very safe. They also are very good watchdogs. "
  • Becky-3534

A dog park is on the corner and we can launch a kayak across the street at the public ramp, or play tennis, or watch a ballgame at the park across the street. Our little corner of paradise."
