TENANT SELECTION CRITERIA: - Owner will consider credit history and scores . Evictions, multiple or recent (less than a year old) bankruptcies, utility collections, repos, auto repossessions - will NOT be accepted and they will result in an immediate decline. Income (must be documented three times monthly rent), Employment history, rental history, and references. All applicants must upload with application 3 months pay stubs. When multiple applications are received, soonest available move in date and length of lease term will also be considered factors when choosing applicants. Owner reserves right to request proof of last 6 rental payments for rental ref verification.
