Also on first level there are stairs that lead down to basement, very spacious bathroom with new tile floor, toilet and vanity and 2 bedrooms (13.5x13) (13.5x11.5) both with walk in closets and two windows each. The basement is one huge great room with double doors that access the covered patio with another gorgeous view of the lake. There is a large closet under staircase, another spacious bathroom with new tile floor, toilet and vanity, a bedroom (11x12.5) with nice size closet, and a huge utility room with new hot water heater.
