620 Amber Fields Drive, Denton, Texas is a new construction home built by D.R. Horton America's Builder in their new master-planned Monarch at the Meadows community. Estimated completion - August 2025.

The Kennedy is a single story home that offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and approx 2,083 sq. ft. of living space. As you enter the inviting foyer, you'll pass three secondary bedrooms, as well as the secondary bathroom. You'll next enter the open concept kitchen which features stainless steel appliances with gas cooking range, granite or quartz countertops, and oversized kitchen island. The private main bedroom suite is located off the living room and features a huge walk-in closet and large walk-in shower with ceramic tile surround. There's a powder bath for guests located conveniently off the Kitchen. Additional features include: tankless water heater; Ceramic tile flooring at Entry, Hallways (per plan), Kitchen/Breakfast, Utility and Bathrooms; partial guttering; and, full yard sod, landscaping and irrigation. The EEC is an excellent school in my opinion. All 3 of my children have gone there and loved it! we had Mrs. walker my sons first grade year and she was amazing. my son has adhd and she worked with him and never made me feel like he was a burden like our previous school/teacher made me feel. This year we have Ms. Miller for my kindergarteners and she is a shining example of what a teacher should be caring but firm and patient. If she is absent from class, my kids miss her and on thanksgiving break they are counting down the days to go back to school. I do not like is that it's only a 2 year school. they are sent to another school for 2-3rd grade then yet another for 4-5th. which makes it difficult if you have more than one child.

"Answers are based on Ponder. If you add in Denton, about ten miles away for shopping, night life, etc., there would be a lot more high marks. Ponder does have an excellent restaurant called the Ranchman's which is world known and goes back to 1948."
