"I live her temporarily for 3 years, lots of short term tenants and tourists but generally a safe area. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, lots to do, beaches are beautiful. Nothing really unique just a west coast Florida beach town. "

"Yes walk my dog through the neighborhood all the time, lots of tourists to say hello to him. Not a lot of grass around and some condo areas, the not so friendly native neighbor, is very nasty even if you clean up after your pup. "

"My neighborhood has everything to make life enjoyable. We can launch a boat or kayak right across the street, walk to the beach and numerous popular restaurants (Sea Dog, Caddy's, Shrimpy's), walk to church, dog park across the street and biking to your favorite beach spot. People buy into our complex and stay for many years. 😃🌴🥂🏖️🎶🎾🐕👣"

"We have lived in our neighborhood for over 24 years and love it more every year. We can walk to the beach, numerous restaurants and our church. A dog park is on the corner and we can launch a kayak across the street at the public ramp, or play tennis, or watch a ballgame at the park across the street. Our little corner of paradise."

The size of the homes vary from the 3 story large waterfront homes to the little beach bungalows. The neighborhood is very secure and safe. "
