"The people here are very nice. Most of the area is safe for families and individuals. Public transportation exists, but a vehicle is almost a necessity due to the distances between shopping, schools, doctors, entertainment and so forth. "

"The neighborhood itself doesn’t have special events per se. However, there is always something going on in very close proximity! Events at the Beam skatepark for kids and the whole community during holidays, the Johnstown Area Heritage Association has several large events a year, as well as ethnic fest and polka fest in Cambria City."

"There a lot of festivals around the area during the year including many food and music festivals. There is also a very near by arts festival that occurs in the beginning of September. There are also many firemen festivals as well. A lot of things to do that include things that are only a short drive away. "
