The fireplace was built with stone from Washington state that the owner brought to Llano because of its uniqueness. There is detached garage/work shop that has a full bathroom in it that could be used as another bedroom. The roof over the covered porch in the back of the house was insulated and gives a much cooler place to sit and look out at open Lake Buchanan.
