2 story home with a number of updates. Also, will be pulling the house off market if it doesn't sell, and I'll just rent it out. I don't need to sell the house, just want to cut some obligations.

Still finishing up some work (and others will be unfinished - fencing/yard, basement, etc). Tenant has moved out (although some furniture and other items were left behind). "Haywood Street has been having a lot of construction, and Brooks Street needs more stop signs and has a lot of near accidents between Haywood and UW. "

"I’ve lived here for 4 years. The neighborhood is a diverse mix of friendly people. We can walk or bike to shop or eat out. Lots of trees and close to UW. Very welcoming atmosphere."
