This low maintenance brick home has a covered porch to keep your guests out of the rain and a fenced yard to allow your pets to run. The home has three fire places to keep you cozy upstairs or down. The large living/dining room will make entertaining your friends and family a relaxing experience.
The walkout downstairs family room has a copper top wet bar for those Packer games. There is plenty of storage on the lower level.
A deck stretches the enter back of the home. The large pines, oaks and maples in the yard provide privacy when relaxing on the deck. The lot, which is 2 to 3 times the size of most lots in the area, has many features, including a vegetable garden with many perennial herbs. Enjoy asparagus, rhubarb and horseradish. There are many fruit trees including cherries, apples, jam apricots and plum. Small fruits include currants, black berries, red and black raspberries, and blue berries. The hazel nuts are a favorite of the squirrels. The variety of grape vines have produced up to 70 gallons of fruit.
There are 3 small ponds which lead down to a fire pit area. There is a convenient storage area under the stairs for wood (plenty left) and a storage area under the deck for your fire pit furniture. The two level garden shed is the perfect place to store your gardening and lawn equipment. The tree swing is the challenge many refuse to attempt.
Updates since owner's purchase include a dishwasher, windows, furnace, insulation in attic, new shingles and some grandchildren (not included).
The home is convenient to schools and shopping. The dead end cul de sac means very little traffic.
