About this House

Comfortable and affordable brick home on approximately one-half acre of land. Lots of room for the handy person in the family with 3 outbuildings: 3 with electric and 2 with water connections. Large front porch opens to a spacious living room. The master bathroom has room for a shower or tub. The 2nd bedroom has French doors that open to the 3rd bedroom. Although the 3rd bedroom has no closet, it has a private entrance from the front porch & a wood laminate floor, and it would make a great teen suite or separate in-law quarters. Wood heater in the garage is not included. Seller cannot close before February 21, 2005. Self-cleaning part of the stove is 'AS IS'-seller has never used it and it is not warranted. Washer (in the shed) works good, but is also conveyed 'AS IS'. Seller is applying for HX for 2005. A basic ERA AON home warranty, $385 value, is provided by seller at no cost to you-additional coverage is available for purchase. The SF is from property appraisers records. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is.
