Description

NOTE: The pool has been completely redone and is up and running since walkthrough video was done..

Lovely, completely updated three bedroom, three bath 1940 sf home located in the east Norman Summit Lakes addition. The unique layout of this home allows for an open and inviting main living, dining, and kitchen. You will love this beautiful, roomy kitchen with new cabinets, open shelving, new appliances and gorgeous quartz countertops as well as a formal dining and breakfast area. A beautiful built in hutch will allow you extra storage and a great place to display any fine china. Outside the main area is an updated powder bath with a gorgeous vanity with quartz countertop. Off the garage entry/ breakfast area, there is a large laundry room. The laundry room is enclosed as it’s own room with a door and not part of the entry area. The laundry room has an area for laundry baskets, folding and storage as well as shelving and hanging above the w/d. One of the features that make this home so unique is the second family room which can be found centered between the two smaller bedrooms and the master. This large area is a perfect space for kids, video games or even a pool table. The two smaller bedrooms both have walk in closets and share a Jack & Jill style bathroom which also has gorgeous quartz countertops, new fixtures and lighting. Across the family room, you will find a nice sized master bedroom. The master has a door which leads you to the patio. The large walk in closet has plenty of room for storage and hanging as well as a hidden area containing a safe and built in cabinet. The master bathroom has a double vanity with a farmhouse feel. A jetted jacuzzi tub and walk-in, enclosed shower make this bathroom both gorgeous and practical.

The exterior of the home has all new light fixtures, up-lighting, as well as cosmetic updates. A roof inspection was done and we were told the roof was recently fully replaced. There is a three car garage with an extra storage area for your deep freeze, refrigerator or whatever else you may need. There are also some cabinets in the garage which provide extra storage. The attic is easily accessible with stairs and has plenty of room for storage as well. Other extras you will find are speakers throughout the home and back patio, a security system, upgraded baseboards and doors, a gorgeous custom made vent hood in the kitchen, an apron sink and so much more. This home has been remodeled basically from top to bottom and will rival any new home in the area.
The backyard of this home is your perfect summer escape. The home does have a large in-ground pool with a slide! There is also a large hot tub and a huge porch for grilling. The back fence is lined with trees of Sharon which provide gorgeous foliage, privacy and beautiful pink flowers in the summer. The previous home owner had an are to the side of the yard for a vegetable garden as well. Note: The pool is currently being updated with a new liner. The remodel is complete and shown in the video walkthrough link below from our L&L Custom homes facebook page.

"We are rural. We would have to drive 6 miles either to town or the beach, and no buses run here. I would not recommend walking there, since we do good to go around the block. "
  • Megan Clarke
"A beautiful neighborhood lots of old trees one of the last places it feels like a high trust secure neighborhood. We need like-minded people to keep it that way."
  • Cory Doran
"Very easy to get around town. Traffic is never very congested unless it’s a game day. Many different routes. "
  • Megan Clarke
"Wonderful, high trust and beautiful. Lots of old trees. Friendly folks. Walkable. Local businesses. "

  • Christina McCalip

  • Micah
"Great for kids! Kids play outside all the time and neighbors yeild. Everyone looks out for each other, friendly dogs, well lit and walking distance to a beautiful park with a pond, play set on turf, half basketball court and soccer field. We love it here"

"We have a park just down the street, our kids play basketball in the street and ride bikes together after school. Neighbors look out for each other. Lots of young families and within a 15 drive to downtown Norman, grocery stores, pharmacy and schools . I’ve never felt more safe and cared for in a neighborhood "
  • Micah
"Saturday morning farmers market and Main Street art walks, Norman music festival, jazz fest, and more downtown. There’s a good food scene. Tacos los gauchos has the best queso birria, tamashii ramen house has amazing ramen, sweet basil, volcano sushi Tuesday specials, neighborhood jam.. the list goes on. Dog parks, the health club gym, and friendly people. We love it here. "
  • TimNicFam

"Norman has public transportation that operates on a set schedule with many convenient stops throughout town.
