Description

Tucked toward the back of the property, this home offers a level of privacy that’s truly unique for the neighborhood. Set on a large .31-acre lot zoned R-2 (duplex), the fully fenced property features a secure, lockable entry gate, camera security system, and mature trees that create a peaceful, private setting.
Inside, the home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living room and a cozy wood-burning pellet stove. The layout offers excellent potential for an owner-occupant or rental opportunity. The back two bedrooms were added in the 1990s and feature taller ceilings; one bedroom does not have a closet. A water purification system is already in place, and a top-of-the-line washer and dryer (under warranty), a freezer and wall-mounted 65" television may be included with an acceptable offer.
Outdoor space truly shines here with a large garden area, easy water access for planting, and two storage sheds for added convenience. The oversized detached 2-car garage is ideal for hobbyists or weekend mechanics, complete with gas and 220V service, plus abundant additional off-street parking throughout the property.
Conveniently located with easy access to Hwy 2 (Colorado Blvd.), King Soopers and Walmart just 5 minutes away, and Commerce City Recreation Center and Paradise Island Pool right down the street. The neighborhood is known for its diversity, friendly neighbors, and strong sense of community, with numerous city-sponsored summer activities and civic involvement.
A rare combination of privacy, space, zoning flexibility, and location, this property offers exceptional value and opportunity.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from March 11, 2026

"Ugh it’s ok I guess. I’ve lived in Denver since I was 10 yrs old and commerce city has always been commerce city, but of course like everywhere else in Denver people have moved here and made things different"
  • Kzink12
    "BBQ’s / Halloween lights contest / Christmas lights contest / garage sales / friendly neighborhood / "
  • M.M.
"As a native I love the Colorado weather one side of the street snowing and the other sunny. You can count on every night theirs a sunset, spectacular! I like taking it in, right by the great Mile High flea market, looking west off of the overpass of 76 th, the romance of the sun setting here never gets old. neighborhood at its core feels like family, because it is. At the same time their are quiet and clear understanding of,”ask first and just be frank”, then go lay down, at each mans home as his or her castle. Treat things as such, and much can be given and forgiven. When it comes to having a places to go, things to do, close to the commons of Commerce city, is Northfield, with its movies eats and out door shopping, a coffeehouse where you take a painting class, Dave’s barbecue and I hop pancakes, some of my fav’s, but this whole area and the Quebec striped is always a way to go! From 58th and in every direction Commerce to Denver, Capital Hill to the Rockies pitching, and West, nothing but Rockies , Mountain! Coming from, a natural cowboy, Colorado creative, moon gazer, Peace!"
  • Vrebeccae90
