Description

Beautiful small 2 bedroom 1 bath. The bathroom have a nice garden size tub.
The house is in the village of Marion. A quite place to grow your family or retire. There is enough space in the back yard to have a family barbeque. The house is three block from the lake and two block river. Middle branch river and Mill pond lake. New hot tank. New vinyl window on the front. Three more that need to be put up. My husband work Monday through Friday downstate and is only on the weekends. We do have the vinyl window they just need to be put in.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
