It is a quite neighborhood where I have gotten the opportunity to know my neighbors. Did I mention all of the beautiful historic homes. I often find myself weaving through the district to take a look at all of the charming homes. I love the neighborhood and all the benefits of living in Cordele's Historic neighborhood."

    "The "Country Club" area of Cordele. Nice quiet neighborhood. Only disadvantage, is that the City incorporated this area during development to reap the tax assessments, but provide very minimal city services to this area, in comparison to other areas in the "city proper"."
