We're centrally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that's close to everything Scottsdale, Arizona State University, Sky Harbor airport, Tempe and Phoenix business districts, nature and hiking trails, and walking distance to award winning restaurants, the bridal path jogging/walking trail and the Valley Metro light rail.

Local public schools are well-respected (top 20%) and include Madison Meadows School, Madison Richard Simis School and Central High School.

In the main house is a separate large office. High speed mesh WiFi throughout the home and property with optional parental controls, and desk/printer station make working from home, whether indoors or out, convenient and pleasant.
