Nice area to have a few rentals with good cash flow. Centrally located by all the new shopping and eating establishments just west of the loop and 34th. Every type of shopping and eating you can want. Also very convenient to the medical district and Texas Tech. These are each 2 bedroom and 1 full bathroom with a half bathroom as well. Living room has a fireplace and opens to the kitchen. Good size backyard and is in a Cul-De-Sac. Newer paint and flooring. Should go fast.
