    "this is a quiet neighborhood that is very family-oriented. one of the best and newest elementary schools in KISD is in this neighborhood. there are also several police officers that live in the vicinity, so I never had any issues or safety concerns. the lots are a little bit small, but I guess that is normal for the Killeen area. all in all it was a nice place to live and the cost of living is right! "
