Description

Over 40 years of pride in ownership coming to an end, offering a great opportunity for the next owner. Located in the highly-desired area of Parma Circle, this side-by-side double has been well cared for & updated over the years. Quality upgrades include steel siding, replaced gutters, in 2005 รข" furnaces, updated electric panel boxes & a/c unit, house roof 2007 & garage roof 2008. The owners built a two-bay garage in 1989 & in 2016 the garage was sided & garage doors were replaced. Each unit has a separate basement w/ partially finished rooms that w/ minimal investment, could be very nice living space. One unit offers access to a walk-up attic that offers excellent storage. Obviously, rents could be higher given the area & options available with the property. A complete list of improvements can be found w/ disclosures on the MLS. Both units are currently rented with leases up for renewal in May & July. Great area including The Shoppes at Parma, bus lines and other areas of interest.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"I live on a very busy main road - super busy and at times scary as drivers speed up and down. The streets are lot. Emergency vehicles use this Main Street a lot so itโ€™s never 100% quiet. Lots of street lights and cars drive on it 24/7. Not safe when you have small kids or small animals. Bus services are easy access. "
  • Linda M Arbogast
"My neighborhood is a busy place but safe. Public transportation is always available and passes my house regularly. "
  • Buddym
"nice area/suburban neighborhood. clean very friendly and well lit. many restaurants and fast food chains. plenty bars as well."
  • Mstrotter

"I grew up in Parma. Itโ€™s a nice place to have a family. Quiet. Peaceful. Small homes, small lots. Good for people just starting out or those who are retiring and plan to be empty nesters. Lots of great pizza options. Tons of bowling alleys to choose from. Itโ€™s Swensonโ€™s adjacent. How am I not at 100 characters yet? "
  • Jinnelle L.
"It's a good environment for them I have a dog and he loves going for walks around Parma. Every where I go I see owner's with dogs. they should love it living here is good they would not like the apartments for them "
  • Diana K.
"I LIVE NEAR Veterans Park, which is beautiful, and well maintained. People can go fishing, enjoy many picnic areas, baseball fields, batting cage, exercise trail, minigold and disc golf throughout a wooded area. Police are often seen in the park areas and throughout the city. Not far, is another park, on West Ridgewood Drive. It is a Metroparks Trail throughout wooded areas as well as a shop to stop in and admire educational facts about our habitat. "
  • Tricia Lee
"Very dog friendly neighborhood n the neighbors all seem to genuinely look out for each otherโ€™s pets and treat their own pets very well as far as I can tell."

  • Dmghunt
"I work in Cleveland Hts. so my commute is not great, but thatโ€™s Cleveland Hts.โ€™ fault. :) However, easy access to highways and wide main streets make Parma convenient to downtown, Independence, even the far west or east sides. "
  • Anthony C.
"The neighborhood is very nice. All the neighbors keep up the their yards. A lot of neighbors decorated for the holidays."
  • Nick B
"There are Neighborhood movie nights and many festivals in the summer time. Plus an annual rib cook off. great place to just walk around wether it be for a weekend bar hop or a walk through a park ending at a ice cream shop."
  • Kristen
"We do trick or treating during the day, on the weekend so even little kids can enjoy Halloween. Definitely a great city for children!"
