The hardwood floors were refinished in 2018, a new water heater was installed in 2019, and the kitchen has a new ceramic tile floor in 2019. This home is in close proximity to Stillman Park, Wethersfield Cove, downtown "Old Wethersfield", highways, and shopping.

Wethersfield is too close to city of Hartford. Fun places go shopping in Newington or Glastonbury. Food are pretty good thank you. "
