Room Description
Two rooms in south Boulder to rent (3 bedroom townhome) These can be used as a bedroom/office, bedroom/sitting room combo. The two rooms are in the back of the upstairs and quite private. There is a private bath for renter in the hallway.
This is a fantastic neighborhood right by the mountains, so hiking trails are within minutes walk. The Skip bus stop is 3 minutes walk. Table Mesa Park and Ride is a 7 minute drive with hourly buses to DIA and downtown Denver. The neighbors are great. The renter will be sharing the space with one person. I am looking for a quiet, peaceful, responsible renter. No smoking please (of any kind) in the townhome. I will consider a small dog that is well behaved and 100 percent house trained... this is negotiable but I'd want to meet the dog!
This is a furnished space. The bedroom has a queen bed with small chest of drawers. The larger room has a day bed and desk. A closet in each room.
There is no central air but I have window air conditioners that work great and are only needed for a few short months.
From the end of May through mid September, there is a big swimming pool that has two lap lanes, one tennis court (open all year) and a club house for rent for a nominal fee.
All utilities included: Water, Trash, Gas, Electric and Wifi

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAh Fairview. I've experienced both a lot of ups and downs during my time here. While some of the students may not be the most accepting of different political beliefs, they're at least mostly friendly if you don't bring up politics. On the downside, Fairview was the very place where I got my first taste of racism. Even when I spoke up, I don't think the issue was really dealt with. Additionally, the teachers here really care about their students. There are so many clubs one can be involved in (and it's easy to start a club too!) and there's really something for everyone. For me, I joined the debate team and it was definitely the best decision of my life. Not only did it help me improve my confidence and my argumentation skills, I made really good friends with my teammates. There were times that I wished I hadn't gone to Fairview, but overall, if I could go back in time to 8th grade when I was choosing a high school, I'd probably still choose Fairview. Mesa is a wonderful school, with kind, attentive teachers, a strong and tailored academic program that also is supportive and caring, and a tight-knit community. Families tend to be welcoming and very involved - two parents often show up to arts and music events - and you kind of get to know everyone. Lots of families walk to school. Teachers are excellent, and my family has had most of hte teachers at the school. The Principle, Josh, is a fantastic leader and well respected. Classes are pretty small at the moment with fewer kids in the neighborhood the past 10 years or so, making Mesa a great choice for smaller class sizes and additional attention currently.Parent Review3mo ago - Southern Hills Middle School
