If you have the option of going with Hall or St. Bede, I would definitely consider that before this cluster. Communication from the top down is limited, & is more policy/discipline driven when it does occur. Solutions are rarely preemptive, & more a response; it's no secret the school is understaffed, but the regulars are expected to continuously support extracurricular & other events, which produces a high turnover. Some staff have expressed that they, "Could not afford to work here...", simply based o classroom spending. Others have been more concerned about manipulated & altered data, that does not correctly represent aspects from attendance to academics.
