Only One small pet permitted Less than 20 Lbs. (Additional deposit required and subject to owners approval).
Renters responsible for lawn maintenance and utility costs.
NO PARKING on lawn for Any reason.
First month is required in advance plus security deposit of $1,800 and $200 Non- Refundable cleaning fee The security deposit may increase based on credit and rental history, this amount can be up to but will not exceed two times the rent Payment.
