    "This house is 1.5 miles from ocean, great restaurants from .5 to just a few miles away, the subdivision is quiet, friendly with minimal association involvement. Not only are there views of the lake, there is access to the lake for kayaking/canoeing (the lake connects to canals leading the bays!). The porch is actually a three season sunroom complete with vinyl windows and screens along with an AC/heat unit. During the summer, the town trolley provides 25 cent rides to the beach on an approximate 30 minute basis throughout the day."

Bayside of street homes get sun exposure at the back side of there houses. Very private if you lay out or plan to use your deck a lot w/killer views."
