This one was buildt in 1898 with original doors with transoms. The original staircase is as it was constructed in 1898 leading to the upstairs. The upstairs was never completed . The exterior siding has been replaced with hardy board siding with the exception of the siding on the porch is original to the house. The roof has new plywood sheathing and architetural shingles.

Kennedy Elementary is an exceptional school. Prinicipal Hines and Prinicipal Dykes are leaders who get the teachers and students involved. My daughter was in Kindergarten last year with Mrs. Amy Alldredge and Ms. Reese, and her reading and math skills improved to 3rd grade levels. I am glad that my child had a positive education experience at Kennedy Elementary in McComb, MS.

"There’s nothing here. If you have children steer clear of this neighborhood and town. The people are nosey and not helpful at all. That includes the law enforcement agencies as well."
