Description

Relax. Enjoy. Easy living lifestyle at the Commons Condo Complex. Just 4 yrs old, this 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo reflects value, convenience, and style. 9' ceilings and open concept reflect a loft style living space. Solid hardwood oak floors throughout the living, kitchen, hallway, and bedrooms. As you ascend to the main floor you feel the open 9 foot ceilings, efficient kitchen, and dining area. White wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite breakfast counter and plenty of storage space. White ceramic subway tiles back-splash added by seller, one of many upgrades. Pella sliding glass door to the balcony replaced the builder's light weight doors. Balcony faces the open field common area, a children's playground, and The Clubhouse. There's a beautiful sunset sky photo taken from the balcony included in photo gallery. All but one builder's window replaced with high performance Pella and Vinyl Max brands. This second floor unit offers a lot of natural light some morning light in the front, and southwest to the back. One full bath main, bedroom and master bedroom en suite, with walk in closet grace the rear of the unit. Both bedrooms overlook a large field offering lush greenery, fall colors, picturesque winter landscapes. If you love real potted plants and flowers you'll love the light pouring into these rooms. Another plus, the field invites birds, wildlife and a peaceful view. Central Air, sprinkler system, utility room with natural gas water heater, stacked full-size washer/dryer. The Clubhouse has a soaring stone, double-sided gas fireplace, hardwood floors, and kitchen. Relax in the lounge area, watch events on flat screen tv, enjoy birthday parties in the great room. Reserve the space for your special occasion, and don't forget to use the exercise room. Located just outside the historic village of Saugerties, enjoy dining, cinema and Hudson River. Plenty of hiking trails in the Catskill Mts., skiing at Hunter Mt., and antiquing. So much to see and do in Saugerties and surrounding towns, momentous city of Kingston and town of Woodstock are a 10 min. drive. Low Taxes, low HOA fees, $212.00/month covers, trash, snow removal, lawn and clubhouse maintenance. Pets allowed. What are you waiting for?

"A lot of Saugerties is rural; but even in town there is a lot of sidewalk space to walk around and several parks. There’s also several places with access to the Hudson River for puppy swimming"
  • Kcmoore89

  • Badbrainsgirl
"bad neighborhood for dogs. major high way, lots of speeding and dead animals. also wild animals that are big enough to kill house cats."
  • Melissa S.
"There are a lot of children in the area. Parents should be aware of drivers in the area, they are not the safest drivers unfortunately, they can be careless and reckless! It is a very nice area to live in! "
  • Margarita Asiain
"It's quiet, unassuming, not pretentious. Saugerties has a pretty village with restaurants, shops and old movie theatre, and spreads out so much of it is quite rural, which I love."
  • Tom
"Its a quiet area. It lies somewhere happily between seclusion and convenience. A 5-10 minute drive to downtown Woodstock and Saugerties and all that entails. A 5-10 minute drive to miles upon miles of hiking and backpacking trails. Some of which connect to and stretch for the eastern coast of the US, from Vermont to Georgia. A 30 minute drive to multiple micro cities, ski resorts and villages and a 60 minute drive to Albany and Newburgh which each have their own perfectly sized airports. I think the area is the perfect place to live when you don't want to deal with the stresses of the modern world but still want the convenience of it."
  • Jason K.
"The sawyer car show is absolutely amazing. I enjoy the Christmas in the village as well, the Siracusano family really contributes to the community and I am honored to be a part of it. Saugerties in general is just a great place to relax on the town and enjoy everything that it has to offer. "
  • Ajrmasonry
"There are many families here and many great parks and sporting events throughout the summer and most of the year"
  • Deborahabarry
"5 miles to major grocery store. Many local shops in the village 7 miles to mall shopping in Kingston Thruway exit right there"
  • Ajrmasonry
"There is always something going on in the neighborhood! Plus Saugerties is known for its festivals. "
  • Mike N.
"I've lived here my whole life and it's an ok town to live and raise kids but expensive to live here "
  • Samantha c.
"Calm streets, nice scenery and a million hiking trails for long walks. Good local vets and not far from Woodstock Dog Park. "
  • Jkalkire
"Friendliness of the people. We all have a common goal and seem to watch out for one another without getting into each other's business."
  • Sheila H.
"It's a beautiful little town, close to the city, and has everything. village swimming, designer stores, horses, charm."
