We loved living here, but we were both transferred to Ann Arbor for work. Made the commute for 6 years and once we had kids we weren't able to anymore. This house has been rented out for the last 3 years--we have so much interest in people wanting to live here, so this would be an awesome rental income, too!

The house will need siding repair, nailing down the cedar siding, and replacement in some areas, which is reflected in the cost. Upstairs carpeting is worn as well. Upstairs bathtub was in the middle of getting new tile on the front and will need to be finished as well. House being sold as is, which is reflected in the low price. The inside is mostly done, the roof is done, now the exterior is waiting for you to finish it.
