We loved living here, but we were both transferred to Ann Arbor for work. Made the commute for 6 years and once we had kids we weren't able to anymore. This house has been rented out for the last 3 years--we have so much interest in people wanting to live here, so this would be an awesome rental income, too!

The house will need siding repair, nailing down the cedar siding, and replacement in some areas, which is reflected in the cost. Upstairs carpeting is worn as well.
