2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex for rent completely updated and ready to rent. Off street parking, central air, unfinished basement with washer/dryer hook ups. New flooring and fresh paint throughout. Tenant pays all utilities everything metered separate. No smoking, no pets, no felonies or previous evictions. Gross monthly income must be over 3 times the monthly rent amount.

Minimum one year lease. Not pets even if you have a tiny little cat or the most friendly little dog, no smoking even if you smoke outside, 3 times the rent income, no felonies and no evictions.

I have applicants fill out a paper application first and there is no fee for that. After I make my selection I will then have the selected applicant do an online application which is $50 per adult occupant.
