Description

Investors, Rehabbers, Flippers: This house does have lots of settling cracks in the sheetrock and 2 known cracks in the foundation (see pictures). This home has been a rental house for the past 18 years. It is in need of: new paint inside and out, new flooring, and other misc. updates. It does have a newer furnace/acoil (approx 2 yrs old), newer condenser (approx 5 yrs old), newer vinyl tilt-in windows, newer HWH (approx 2 yrs old), newer dishwasher & garbage disposal (approx 3 yrs old), all PVC drains including mainline all the way out to the city's mainline. There is NO basement but a small storm cellar under the house which does have a new sump pump (less than 1 yr old) in it. Roof is 3 tab asphalt composition (approx 15 yrs old). This house is very old and has been added onto multiple times prior to current owner.
