Sigourney Elementary School has been a nice surprise after moving to this small town a couple of years ago. The teachers are very focused, effective and attentive. It is a pleasure to know that each student is considered and, if needed, provided with any additional attention he or she may need to succeed. The teachers and other staff seem to respect that each child learns at a different speed and in different ways. The staff in the office is accommodating to the needs of the children, the parents and their family. The school sponsors a number of events throughout the year that involve the parents and children. I have never had a problem going to the teacher or office staff with any concerns I may have.
