4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’ve had two children attend this school, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Both of them went to state in math, pursued rigorous AP coursework, and were supported as three-sport athletes. The environment pushed them to stay motivated, disciplined, and well-rounded.They both performed strongly on the SAT and went on to be accepted into top colleges, which I believe reflects both their effort and the quality of support they received here.Given our experience, I was honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews. Every student’s situation is different, but from what I’ve seen, the outcomes here are very strong when there is engagement and support both at school AND at home.Parent Review2mo ago16 Reviews - Marquardt Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIm a current student at this school, its terrible. The school has no advanced curriculum for students who need it to challenge themselves academically and actually learn and continues to keep them in the same class with the normal lessons. This creates conflict like being unable to concentrate or being disrupted by people who don’t care about their classwork and would rather be obnoxious then learn. The school seems to have spent high amounts of money into the architecture of parts of the school but little money into the classrooms or anything else relating to the students. The teachers leave many, if not most students to fend for themselves if they are met with something that would make them unable to learn and prioritize the students that’ll give the school good test grade scores. As well as leaving students to figure things out on their own, the school has a learning curriculum that doesn’t make room for students that might miss school, I’ve missed only a few days of school this year and i’ll come back with mountains of work for each and every class, its gets even more stressful when the teachers keep assigning out more work which leaves barely any time for students to catch up. This school doesn’t care about the students! It uses them to keep the school reputation up and most staff are more than willing to completely give up on students who might just need a bit of help or special attention to be successful.Student Review4y ago7 Reviews - Reskin Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had two experiences with this school and im beyond happy that I moved to Aurora to explore the resources they have for Autistic Resources. My daughter has a cognitive issues and this school had no idea how to help. They eventually said they don't have the resources to help her and suggested Parkland Therapeutic Day School. My daughter was 5 at the time. My 2nd experience is my sons. He was there last year. This school gaslighted me majority of the school year on situations they couldn't even explain to me. I've had to leave work at least once or twice a week due to having to pick him up because he Threw up. Come to find out they were giving him not fully cooked lunch. Then made it seem as if my son was just sick and needed a note from his doctor. I truly didn't like this school and I hope they get a better teaching staff.Parent Review11mo ago10 Reviews - Check out schools near 604 S Lorraine Rd.

"Typical suburb. Close to the city, not enough public transportation. Enough privacy not very loud. People are friendly overall and it’s good location. Glendale Heights is in the heart of dupage county and any towns are within 25 min drive"
