About this House

Cozy and relaxing colors; great home for a family plus half of the basement is finished including family room, study, walk-in cedar closet and several storage areas. The master bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. The kitchen and dining room open to the living room. We have another full bathroom and laundry room all located on the first floor. Two bedrooms, full bathroom and two attic spaces are located upstairs. There is a deck, pergola, shed, several flower beds and a raised garden in the backyard.. We're close to all the activities and can watch from our house the July 4th fireworks held on the high school grounds and in the football stadium. You can walk over one block to catch the Mint festival parade and then walk across the football field to the city park to catch all the vendors and activities.
