Description

The pricing needs to be changed. The square footage is 2,069 feet, this is according to tax records. This house was originally remolded from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. The room was removed to create an open floor plan and a panoramic view of the surrounding valley. At the same time the garage was converted to taxable living space and a front porch was added. In August of 2006 the whole house was remodeled and upgraded. The kitchen was upgraded with granite counter tops, tile floor, stainless appliances, and stainless sink.
