About this House

The pricing needs to be changed. The square footage is 2,069 feet, this is according to tax records. This house was originally remolded from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. The room was removed to create an open floor plan and a panoramic view of the surrounding valley. At the same time the garage was converted to taxable living space and a front porch was added. In August of 2006 the whole house was remodeled and upgraded. The kitchen was upgraded with granite counter tops, tile floor, stainless appliances, and stainless sink. The ceilings are smooth with recessed lighting though out the house. All fixtures are new and both bathrooms are completely remodeled. Fresh interior and exterior paint, new carpet. RV access.
