Shop building on the property is not included, but there is a covered area that can be used for storage and also a small storage room off the back porch. Pets are generally not accepted, however, a mini may be considered for extra fees. No outside pets. Furniture or accessories shown in any photos are **NOT** included and are shown only to show how rooms look with furniture, however, mini-blinds are included on all windows. About 950 sq ft.

All adult residents must be able to pass a background check. Verifiable income required. Past rental references are a plus. This is a month to month rental, however, deposit will not be refunded if rental is for less than one year. No section 8/HUD. No rent to own. No smoking.

    "We have lived in this neighborhood for 35 years. Safe, quiet and convenient to shopping, medical care, church and the river park. Less than 30 minutes to Hot Springs, Benton and Arkadelphia. Lots of residents walk in the cemetery across the street. Neighbors are friendly and helpful."
