About this House

Really nice all brick home on four lots in central Crestview. Total property is around one acre. Corner lot. Very quiet woodsy setting. The home features 3 bedrooms and two baths. There is a heated and cooled workshop off of the garage and a large storage room off of that. Inside laundry room. The plumbing was all replaced in the house with copper and braided steel. The interior could use some updating but the home is solidly built and in good condition. Tile and laminate flooring throughout all rooms. Home is being offered in ''as is'' condition but a home inspection should show it to be in good shape. Seller says roof is about 8 years old and HVAC is about 5 years old. City sewer!

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
