I would have liked it a bit more if the teacher would make an attempt to fix the bullying problem. The only teacher that actually tries to stop the bullying in Lewis and Clark Middle School is Stewart Alloway the band teacher he tells his students don't let others bring you down because if you do the problem will get worst, so stick up for each other.

In my experience, negative behavior is reinforced with positive reinforcement, i.e..being able to draw on the board, or giving the student affirmations, which encourage negative behavior, and affirms the student, after doing absolutely no classwork during the school day. Their idea of punishment for negative behavior is very light weight punishment, like standing on a line during recess, instead of playing with the other students. . Teachers can not promote learning to take place when there is total havoc, and disrespect going on between the students against the teacher, and their classmates. A student asked me upon entering the classroom: are we going to learn anything today?. As far as Special education is concerned, students aren't provided with the necessary tools to become self supporting adults. They are pampered, instead of being encouraged to be self supporting. In my experience the school is more concerned with not inflecting harsh punishment, than they are promoting education, ensuring students are equipped to be successful in their life's ventures. As far as family engagement is concerned, it is welcomed because schools want to appease the parent, even when they are wrong; sometimes being over protectant parents, to keep down confusion.

I have serve anxiety and its hard for me to focus in my classes when I worry to much only some teacher care some staff members are really rude they should help student instead of making them have more anxiety only one really good teacher asks me everyday how my day is going Mrs Bischoff she is the best at helping algebra teacher
