Madrone, Oak, Doug Fir, Pine and Cedar are the forest's composition in this sweeping landscape. We've harvested and eaten many mushrooms from the land. The property is a flag lot - set back from the road - making this very private and away from roads for kids or pets. The lot to the left of the house is vacant and wooded with trails, and you can't see another house from most of the land. There are mountain views, but we have protected our privacy by keeping a tree screen on the mountain side. There's an opportunity to open up more of a view - or a full view. We've lived in quiet harmony with nature here, and as a result, a mother deer drops her fawns here every year, and the babies return to the land year after year as they grow. There are wild turkeys that wander through, and moles in the forest. Main house kitchen renovations started - Oak cabinetry & dishwasher installed. 24 "Forest" Yurt has completed permits for electric & wood stove... great for an office, yoga studio, or rental! "Bliss" yurt also permitted.

We are unable to owner carry. We also have a private lender we've enjoyed working with, and who may be willing to lend on the property should you be able to bring 30% in down payment. The house itself is only 920 square feet. But with the Forest Yurt at 452 square feet, the Happy Yurt at 315 square feet, the cottage at 240, and all other buildings, the total living space comes out to make a total of a bit more than 2,250 sq ft.

To keep sales costs affordable, I have elected to sell our home myself instead of using a realtor. I am instead using an excellent and reputable local property attorney who charges a flat rate, and will use the same standard sales agreements that realtors use. We will use all other standard sales procedures - clearing title with a title company, etc. We can guide you to do your due diligence and check on the property with the county, or with any Home Inspection or well service you like.
