What I love about the home

Convenience! Five minutes away from the Town Center shopping center, hospitals and I-526. When you look out of the windows, you don't see the back/front of your neighbor’s condo. The kitchen window over the sink provides a view of the distant 1st tee, looking through the oak branches to the 1st fairway, and from the den, the entire 1st hole is visible. My balcony is the perfect place to have a cool drink and take in activity on the fairway or the first green! At night it is the perfect "romantic" spot. I don't have to cut the grass or weed-eat the sidewalk. In summer I have the pool and if desired, the beach, which is only a few minutes away. It is an amazing end unit which provides tremendous space to the left for outside activity. Only having one close neighbor makes this condo special as well. It has a "one of a kind" view of the fairway in the entire neighborhood! During the spring, the view from inside, or from the balcony, reveals the edge of the fairway lining the parkway, as it comes ablaze with hundreds of huge, mature and beautiful Azaleas bushes coming into full bloom.
