Great location, close to shops, bus line, highway, downtown Woonsocket and Wright's Dairy Farm (yum!) Available for rent now. Cats, small dogs, and other small pets are negotiable and proof of all paperwork on the pets must be up to date. If you are interested, please have every adult who would live in the apartment complete a background check, credit check, and complete the application. Strong references from current property managers a must. Half hour showings will be on Monday, June 6, starting at 4:30pm. Please note that appointments will only be booked once you have submitted all the application materials.

This second floor unit has 2 large bedrooms and one small bedroom/office, lots of closet space, a double parlor, eat-in kitchen, and huge pantry. The carpets are brand new, as well as the refrigerator. The heating has recently been converted to gas. The unit has a very large, sunny front porch and a smaller back porch. There is one off-street parking space available. The washer and dryer are in the basement, and there is storage space in the basement as well. It has also been recently insulated in the attic and exterior walls, so you will save on heating costs. Rent includes water but tenants pay electricity and gas. NON-NEGOTIABLE: absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, for tenants or their guests. The grounds of the property (backyard, front yard, side yard) will not be available for use by the second floor tenants (but there is a big park nearby and the unit has two porches, front and back). Additionally, the garage will not be available for use by the second floor tenants. Cats, small dogs, and other small pets are negotiable and proof of all paperwork on the pets must be up to date. The unit is currently empty, so move-in date can be prorated before the first of the month. Completion of application, including credit and background check will be required. Lease will be yearly.
