The home sits on a spacious corner lot with fenced in back yard, one car garage, additional back alley street entrance with a parking pad and separate laundry room. The interior has been remodeled from new kitchen appliances, bath room updates, to new flooring and new paint through out.

The minimum lease term is 12 months. No more than two pets under 35 lbs, OK with a $500 pet deposit. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Tenant responsible for all utilities except lawn care, lawn care is included in rental amount.

Directions: From HWY 59 in Foley, Turn Right/East onto E Myrtle Ave., follow to 601 E. Myrtle Ave on the corner.

-Copy of drivers license or Sheriffs picture ID
-Last 2 pay stubs of each income source listed
-If self employed, most current Schedule C tax return and proof of income
-Each person over 18 to be living in the home must submit an application
