Terrible school that does not care about the students or their wellbeing— everyone who works at Oak should be ashamed or at least hope to one day do something meaningful with their lives’.

This school is absolutely terrible. They just wanted my son to be medicated and to act like a zombie child. He was there for kindergarten, first grade and I took him out in second grade. Battling teachers every year. No care. Lack of knowledge on how to teach and handle students with more energy. They told me my son had a social problem because he was asking his teachers for harder work to do. I can’t make that up. He’s a very smart kid and they kept putting him in the lowest possible level for academic groups. Once I switched schools my son has excelled in every possible class. He’s tipping the scales above and beyond testing in every academic field. We went from French to a charter school. He went from above average to well below where he should be when attending French elementary. French took no guidance when we as the parents tried to help. We tried everything possible but their only solution was to medicate our son and in their words get “a diagnosis, any diagnosis would work”Every step of the way they made me feel like a terrible parent and when I exhausted any and all plans they just kept pressuring me to do more. More sports more activities and medication.

Great all the teachers are amazing love the energy and how cool everyone is
