"Forden park area has been a safe place so far and everyone looks out for each other over here. I never had issues with any neighbors. "
  • Dr. David K. Bakken
"Incredibly close to my workplace. The traffic pattern during my departure time does not change my intended time to leave for my commute. "
  • Idalis M.
"No it’s ugly here and it’s very very boring and the rent is expensive even though there’s not really rent and there’s all lot of racists people out here and not really all lot of jobs there was a time where the polices where corrupt and there was all lot of gang members around no really safe area to live in ."
  • Lesly S.
"It makes us cool because it’s nice clam and beautiful and fun and new park and they let dogs here that’s good "
  • Elliemarieskromme
"Traffic is always light. Commute times are always good except sometimes it takes awhile to get out of Pine Canyon in the morning "
  • James T.
"I live outside of town but enjoy that when I do go to town people are not too busy to have a conversation, like they can be in larger cities"
  • Carri N.
"Nice area clean streets quiet area pretty Country side nice neighbors out of town but close enough to get there in a few minutes "
  • Goobienpapasmom
"I've lived in this area for over 10 years and I love it it is a great place to live and a small town. The views are so beautiful all around us are mountains and fields and this whole area is called the salad bowl of America because of all the agriculture. although our family is 6 hours away, this area is too beautiful to leave. only 1 negative is we are 50 miles north or south from major shopping, but the plus are there are some wonderful local wineries & 50 miles south therer are man beautiful wineries. lots of fun activities in Monterey & Paso Robles. But it's nice being in a small town. "
