What brings you to Columbus?
If you are a member of the Air Force stationed here for a temporary assignment, a student at MUW or MSU, these centrally located townhomes are where you will happily find your home for the time you're here. Enjoy close and easy access to PACCAR, International Paper, and of course the Airport, which you can reach in under 15 minutes, door to door. A short commute of 20 minutes to the Air Force Base is easily accessible directly up Hwy. 45. You can work there, but live close to all the action! If you're a student, you can ride your bike to campus!
It's an easy walk to Historic Downtown Columbus, a beautiful area, renovated with boutique shops, banks and the central commercial district. Access the Courthouse, restaurants such as J. Broussard's, Zachary's, Huck's and Cafe on Main, or to the famed Catfish Alley where you can find fried catfish and greens to get your true Southern fix! The bath is spacious and shared between the bedrooms. it includes a full tub and standing shower combination with ample storage. Both bedrooms are newly wired with up to date, high speed cables for easy access to a fully digital TV and fast WiFi.
Downstairs, the front door opens up into the main living room. There is plenty of room for big comfy couches, book shelves, TV and plenty of soft lighting. The Dining room is attached between the living room and kitchen with its own storage area, cabinetry and desk. There is newly wired and easy outlet access for the central WiFi to be placed here. A bath is available for easy access and guests.
The cozy kitchen has plenty of cabinetry, stainless steel sink, all modern appliances for your enjoyment and use. Plenty of storage for your microwave, toaster oven and pretty much everything you could need to cook. There is plenty of light with a window directly over your very own private patio.
There's a private parking lot for all tenants with up to 2 private parking spaces directly at your front door. You can store a bike on the back patio, or simply walk because everything is so close.
A private dumpster for the convenience of all tenants leaves the place clean and tidy with no garbage or garbage cans in sight.

Pets are on a case by case basis, and if you are with the Military, we are open to alternate lease schedules.
