Rogers met all of our expectations. Our daughter was challenged and motivated and surrounded by staff who encouraged her in every aspect of her education. Although I've only had brief encounters with him, my daughter could never say enough about her principal (which to me says a lot about his level of involvement with the students!) We used Great Schools to choose which town to settle in when we relocated to the St. Louis area for work and could not be more pleased with our decision.

The teachers, staff, and administrators have been wonderful in helping all students, including student with disabilities and special needs. The school is very accommodating and follows the plan for students’ individual needs. My son has thrived and improved so much over the years while being in the Waterloo school district!

I was nervous moving to a small town, as everyone knows everyone and wondered if this would reflect as a hindrance for my oldest in Kinder. When they started school, they were immediately welcomed, and the last 2 years have been phenomenal. Teachers have been transparent in what they teach, what children may need assistance with, and the plan to get them where they need to be. My child has truly excelled here! Definitely recommend, especially families of young ones.
