TERMINATION CLAUSE:
Either party may terminate this lease agreement by providing written notice of at least 30 days before the intended termination date.
INSURANCE:
The Tenant is required to obtain and maintain renter's insurance throughout the duration of this lease agreement to cover personal belongings and liability. The Landlord maintains property insurance.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS:
The Landlord shall be responsible for maintaining the property, appliances, and fixtures in good working condition. The Tenant shall promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the Landlord.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Any disputes arising under this lease agreement shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, arbitration, in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina
