"I drive to work. Traffic is not too bad except on Saturdays in the summer. Once you know how to get around the traffic it is not a problem. "

"Quiet,quiet, quiet. Low traffic factor. Friendly neighbors but allow space. All houses have waterfront property. Have to drive to bank, groceries, restaurants ,post office but not far."
