Description

Welcome to 6 Catherine Court — a beautifully updated family home offering comfort, style, and thoughtfully designed spaces both inside and out. Situated on a rustic lot, this home blends modern upgrades with inviting warmth, creating the perfect environment for everyday living and effortless entertaining. Pull into the expanded stamped concrete drive and the modern and rejuvenated front porch welcomes you! Step inside the new Anderson door to the sunlit interior and discover new hardwood floors and carpeting throughout the main level living areas, dining room, and kitchen (2024). A generous formal living room greets you as you enter the home. Holiday entertaining is seamless as this room could open to the dining room if you prefer a more open walk-thru concept. Fresh paint in a modern palette adorns the main level, its doors, and is complemented by new baseboards for a clean, cohesive finish on the first level. The first-floor half bath has been completely refreshed with new fixtures, and gorgeous textured wallpaper—a true designer touch that complements the ceramic tile flooring. The custom kitchen is both functional and stylish, featuring Carrara tile backsplash, butcher block countertops, and a sleek Café refrigerator. An oversized dining table accented by statement lighting off the kitchen can host the largest gatherings with room to spare. Beyond the kitchen the owner's favorite place in the home-the cozy family room invites you to gather and unwind! Perfected with love, the centerpiece of the room is no doubt the new mantle and gas insert fireplace. Wood framed Anderson windows and french doors to the oversized deck let the outdoors in and sunlight bounces off the vaulted ceilings A practical stacked GE washer/dryer combo in the laundry room as well as access to the oversized garage and partially finished basement complete the main level. Beyond the visible improvements, this home also boasts new insulation, GAP-certified 3D shingles, vinyl shake siding, 5 year young A/C and furnace as well as tankless hot water heater, and a new attic fan, offering peace of mind and long-term energy efficiency. Owned Solar is visible only on the rear of the home (see aerial photos). "Smart" upgrades include a smart lighting system and smart thermostat, allowing you to easily control comfort and ambiance even while you’re away. Retreat upstairs to find the primary suite with updated ensuite bath and two additional bedrooms and full bath. New carpet begins on the stairs and extends through the oversized main bedroom. Tucked towards the rear of the home, the generous primary bedroom boasts both sleeping and sitting areas, walk in closet and updated ensuite bathroom. Tasteful tile and waterfall shower head complement the modern vanity and fogless mirror. Two additional bedrooms as well as a full bath with tub/shower combo complete the 2nd level. The sizable partially finished basement is lit by recessed lighting and divided into three. At the bottom of the stairs find an open area that separates the finished and unfinished spaces ideal for a pantry or additional storage. Step into the partially finished space currently occupied as an office/den/gaming room with endless possibilities to make your own. To the rear of the stairs find access to the systems and a large unfinished area perfect for storage or a workshop. Step outside to your own backyard retreat. A spacious deck leads to a brand-new above-ground pool (2025) (transferable warranty) surrounded by concrete, Delaware rock, and bluestone pavers—a perfect setup for seasonal gatherings. The new front and rear wrought iron fencing (rear property extends beyond fencing) add privacy and censored hydro wise sprinkler system keeps the curb appeal year round. "Dog owners seem to enjoy walking their dogs and picking up after them. The dogs are well mannered and not a lot of barking from the dogs. "
  • Mark Angelo
"Stores like groceries and fast food chains are everywhere and easily accessible . It’s also close to major highways. "
  • Difran96
"My commute is great just 20 min to philly! I drive but i know there are bus routes near by for those who need it!"
  • Nursesarebest
"Most people are pretty good about picking up their dog’s poop while walking them. There are some/few who do not. "
  • Nursesarebest
"A lot of dogs in my area, but what I don’t like is that some of the big dogs like Pitbulls mainly are found roaming around as if the owners don’t pay attention when they let the dogs out to make sure the gates are shut hence the dogs running around or walking around. I have a big dog as well, but I always check the gates when I let my dogs out."
  • Nursesarebest
"There are some sketchy areas in Sicklerville but some really nice and quiet areas. The school systems seem to be pretty decent so far. Bought my house about 16 years ago and I love the area. A lot of building up has happened in the area as far as shopping and local needs. Convenient And close to major highway. Pretty much the middle of every thing you need to go to. I love Sicklerville and I just hope it stays a good city/town to live in."
  • Al Reyes-Lopez
"Loved here for 3 years. Nice area, but some hole in the walls make it look bad. Wish there were more sidewalks for those who like to run and walk in the dark. "
  • Chenise Brown

"They would like I guess that there are side walks to walk your dog and also there are some dog parks nearby. Also most people pick up after their dog and it’s suburbs so more places to walk dogs. I see a lot of people walking their dogs and it’s pretty nice. I also had two dogs myself for a while so I know it’s good. "
